He is a long standing member of the National Association of Realtors, and of the Pensacola Real Estate Association for over 26 years. He is an upstanding businessman supporting local charities and fundraising events annually. He has lived in the Pensacola area for over 40 years. He knows his markets well and is staking personal reputation on the success of this project.

He has a large resume of projects in the area. He has owned and operated many restaurants and Convenience Stores in the local area. He has built several retail/commercial office centers that he has also leased out and managed for many years. All this experience has built the foundations for his success in the area of hotel operations. He is currently involved with Choice Hotels as the franchisee of two brands of hotels: The Sleep Inn and the dual brand hotel : Sleep Inn & Mainstay Lodge. He and his family manage their own businesses and properties. This project will also be managed personally by David Wu and his professionally trained staff of managers and employees.
